India was considered a heaven for knowledge imparted by great teachers of all times. Since 1962, India has been celebrating Teacher’s Day on 5th September. The day commemorates the birthday of Dr Sarvepalli Radhakhrishnan, a philosopher and a teacher, and his mind flex contribution to the field of education.

The TEACHERS play an important role in the lives of students to become successful in career and business and most importantly, in LIFE. They help us to become a good human being in the society and good citizen of the country.

The occasion was graced by all the respected dignitaries connected to our MPV. The class 10 students of MANASAROWAR PUSHKARINI VIDYASHRAMA made the day of September 5th special. They dedicated the day to the teachers and made the day a very special and meaningful one with their performances. The day was filled with joy. The programme was nicely carried out by the students.

Many inspiring stories were shared by the students. One of them being the story of Sachin Tendulkar and his coach. Then a song was sung by a group of students as a tribute to the teachers.

A nicely enacted skit of individual differences among students and the challenges faced by the teacher to tackle those students was one thing which everyone enjoyed it. The skit was filled with lots of humour and wit.

Ultimately, the programme carried the message that TEACHERS ARE THE NATION BUILDERS!!!
