ISA 2013-16

The British Council International School Award (ISA) is a benchmarking scheme that accredits schools as having an outstanding level of support for its teaching practice to add

a. International dimension to its curriculum

b. Innovation to classroom curriculum transaction

In India it was launched in 2004 and till date 363 schools have received the award.

Manasarowar Pushkarini Vidyashrama is indeed proud that we are the first school in Mysore to have received the International School Award, British Council. As part of this programme the whole school had been involved in various projects of International dimensions for an entire year from August 2012 to August 2013.

We had partnered with Barton Court Grammar School, Canterbury, UK and Holy Trinity College, Srilanka and schools across Afghanisthan for various projects that our students worked on.

The impact of ISA on our students has been tremendous and has opened new windows to learning and taking education beyond the confines of the classroom, truly into the world outside
